    I had quite a saga getting this one, but managed it in the end.

    When the Toshiba netbook was posted I just went into the store and they ordered it for delivery, easy peasy.

    This time, I rang the order line on Wednesday, and they said they couldn't find it. Then I went into the store, and they could find it but couldn't order it. Then I rang the order line again on Thursday. This time I got a chap who said Carphone Warehouse didn't even sell netbooks! Tried order line again yesterday morning, and finally got someone to help me. Being delivered Monday. So I have now officially bought my first Christmas present. :)

    They are never in stores, I repeat NEVER IN STORES. This is by phone or order in store for delivery only.

    I've just rang the 0870 number and was told they had all gone. But the helpful chap told me I could get one on contract for £35 a month - wow thanks!

    :mad: I've been after a netbook for yonks and I'm always too late to get the bargains! Boooo!
