Call back and ask to order another, give a fake name if you need to, they don't really check. It could have just been the person. There's no policy against ordering more than 1 netbook, only on the really high end phones or the phones with free gifts.

You might get a kind person if you call again

Ok I've been watching this for a while now! Going to order one today hopefully when they open! I take it I just call up & give the item number? Fingers crossed Got my daughter a tablet for her Xmas & having to return it as it's AWFUL! This will make a good replacement x
