I must of missed that post. I just quickly scanned your 96 posts on this thread and can't find it.
    Tax credits are benefits!!!!!!!!!:D
They are as OP has stated many times not his. His GF claims them for the benefit of the child. Still can't work out how he buys clothes for himself unless his GF is generous enough to sub him the money from her income. That's nice of her....
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

Why do you think I commit benefit fraud?

    Thats quite a blind accusation.

Read my posts, and look for the word inheritance.

What I do with the capital is, frankly, none of your business. I can enjoy holidays in Antigua or blow it on a supercar if I wanted to, and theres nothing the CSA can do about it.

The terms of the will are clear, and not for discuission , the CSA does know about it. and it passes to my children. not their mother. (a bypass trust)

Wonder if in his household the tax credits are on single or joint claim?

If all was above board it would be joint, just cant get over how he keeps seperating himself from his partner when dosh is mentioned, yet rejoins when says how unfair this or that is. Her should be ours in aloving normal relationship. Bit like when a split goes nasty one partner sometimes considers the debt the other partners, as in hers or his when running away and forgets the 'ours'. Cant have it both ways!!!!!!

Probably all above bored, but lets hope so !!!!!!!!!!! :)

yet you have no bank account in which to store this inheritance?

and while you blow all this money on holidays and supercars you cannot afford to pay for a solicitor in order to reinstate contact?

well the one word that springs to my mind is TROLL.

lets hope the forum managers pass on the info quickly when the CSA and HMRC come asking coz boasting about commiting benefit fraud and avoiding paying CSA is not looked upon kindly.

public forum anyone can read it and agencies are known to frequent these forums and use them to gather evidence for convictions.:rotfl:
