vodafone tariff
my husband recently upgraded his vodafone phone and tariff. but the tariffs showing on the bills do not tally with the offer he was given in store. we have been back to store and made phone calls to vodafone but the problem has not been resolved so wrote a letter, enclosing copies of the tariff but although we received a letter back it bears no relevance to the query we had.
basically we were offered a business tariff, 2 phones at 40 per month to include unlimited texts and insurance on 24 month contract. However our bills are now coming in at between £122 as best and £316 at worst. Is there an address where i can write to complain other than vodafone at newbury who have decided to ignore the problem.:mad:

What is the breakdown of the bills i.e. basic tariff, out of tariff calls, text charge etc?
Also on the contract and the bill will be the name (or abbreviation) of the tariff, what does it say on both of these and are they the same?IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

Also bare in mind any business tariff will be quoted ex vat.0

have just emailed heidi at vodafone so will be interesting to see what happens.
basically we have two business phones and we upgraded to 1500 mins 750mb 0800 0845 and 0870 numbers free and one bill shows plan as PROMO 1500BUSESS 24 PO8BUN and the other phone shows BE750M 250T X 500MBULLP24 since april and up until 31st march it was Y324EB100M500T250MBBB!!!
i even posted copies of the agreements we signed for in store but it has not made any difference.0 -
Its best just to wait for the VODAPHONE sales REP to get back see if they fix this for you.If not get back to us here on the forums.0
