Not going to rant about this appalling service, would take too long. In a nutshell, Submitted claim 4 months ago, actual claim has never been disputed. Despite this, it has still taken 4 months of MANY phone calls to settle the claim with a replacement phone. Finally received phone last week, no charger, no instructions etc. Contacted again, advised will send in post. Still not received 10 days later. Called again today, they haven't sent it. Thats how the last 4 months have gone. I have spent that much time speaking to different departments, trying to get them to communicate with each other and forward relevant forms, I actually feel like I should be on their payroll!
