02 still adding late payments to my credit file dispite payment agreement
Hi, I made the silly mistake of letting my sister use my old mobile as I got a company mobile.
She run the bill up to a level I couldn't afford to pay in one hit so once I received a formal demand letter, I entered into an agreement with the collection agency to pay £50.00 per month until the bill was cleared and so have been paying that every month for the last 3 months.
I just checked my credit file and dispite the payment agreement, 02 are still adding late payments to my credit file each month.... Surely they can't do this consider we agreed a repayment agreement.
Any advice appreciated... Do you think I would be able to get 02 to remove the late payments since we entered into the agreement?
Thanks a lot

no its factual information, they may however replace it with an AP markerDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Pretty much, when you entered into the payment plan they should have explained that it can have an impact on your credit file. If they didn't then phone up and pay the entire balance off with an interest free credit card and then email creditfilereferrals@o2.com and explain the situation.0
