  • Good to see you still pursuing your dream job though. The water meter is a mere pinprick. Very very good luck, I love to see people going for what they really want. You only get one life.

Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

Hi there SSS - yeah - I had rearranged a lot of Technical reviews (the IT vendors webinar me to death for about an hour and a half and then I have to try and write it all up!) so today was set aside for writing writing writing, thank goodness.

I suppose at least I can push through a load of washing and a load in the dishwasher now...!!!

I am really hoping that this brings about a really decent saving though... and in very true money-saving stylie (as I am now working out and swimming at the gym 3 days a week) I'll save more dosh by showering there in the morning!!!

I fixed my electric so it's ONLY JUST under £100 a month (it was probably going to go up to £120!) ....

Had to splash out on a MacBook Pro for work... which was expensive but at least can be put through the business...

    Fabulous news, well done :T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
