Hi,
Can anyone help? I have recently made a claim with the royal bank of scotlands mobile phone insurance and they have got back to me offering £235 as my iphone 16gb 3gs is no longer available. They get there prices from Amazon which do not have any orange phones for this price. Unlocked phones could be jail broken which means a major hassel if it is reset back to factory settings locking it to the previous network and also because not all sellers state if it is locked which means i need to contact then first before purchasing one. I have already been 2 weeks without a phone and it looks like i will be another week sorting this out. Their customer service is terrible and i will be cancelling my account as soon as this is resolved.
Can anyone advise me of where i stand in regards to accepting this offer??
thank you in advance x
