What cheek. Just who are they to dictate what is and is not a "valid argument". This may come as a surprise to you Megan, and I don't recommend it, but if you never wanted to pay anything ever and just took the liberty of parking there, there is NOTHING within the laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland that those monkeys can do to you. They can not present you with arbitrary sums nor can they point to their "terms and conditions" because landowner's losses do not constitute the demand in question. The whole caper is a SCAM and nothing more.

Debt Collectors are NOBODY; as Gemeni or whatever know that they don't stand a chance in court, they use Option 2 which is to enlist the help of their peers who call themselves a "debt collection agency" and this makes unsuspecting people assume, "bailiffs". DEBTS have to be proven in court and PPCs don't go near courts. I would stop this "appeals" process in mid-course. Never mind yesterday and start from new today. Either ignore them, or warn them you will report them for harassment if they continue to pester you.

I'd also tell them what they can do with their photographic evidence, buy some crayons and colour it in!

I notice that the spelling and rude word police have been busy again. It must be terrible to not be allowed to state on a forum the name of the place where you live or have visited.

Hmmm, funny how we cant say S!!!!horpe but Titley, Cockington, Arsenal, Pratts Bottom, Penistone, Lickey End and Upper Dicker seem OK! :rotfl:

    Absolute balderdash!

Photo "evidence" is the bottom of the evidential food chain even in legit parking disputes and would only be considered when all other evidence hadbeen exhausted - most usually to clarify some minor point.

However, in the PPC context it means absolutely nothing at all and Gemini are effectively using it as blackmail here.

So ignore them and search out all the other threads about them here if you want further reassurance. :)
