Orange are offering £10 discount on PAYG phone when you trade in your phone, has anyone used this offer or know the t+c's? Does the phone need to be boxed etc, or will you get away with just phone and charger?

Thanks

    i work for orange
basically the phone has to turn on, doesnt have to be from orange and shouldnt have any big cracks, they dont need the boxes or chargers, literally just the phone!
its not just for upgrading customers in retail anyone can trade the phone in
the only difference with upgrading customers is they dont have to buy £10 credit with the phone
offer has been on for ages

also if you get a contract phone on an 18m you get £100 back for the old phone

Is that in-store only as I can't see that option being available on-line anywhere on the Orange website?
