I am a virgin mobile customer who has next to no service with this problem. Friends who have t-mobile also have the same problem. After a rant to Virgin Mobile customer services it appears that the problem lies with T-Mobile and they are trying to rectify the situation. With the time being taken to resolve it (and considering this problem is affecting most of South Wales and the West Country as far as Plymouth you would think it a priority) I am beginning to think it is a capacity issue rather than a 'broken switch'!
If this goes on through to next week I will be cancelling my contract and going back to 02!0
