Returning sofa to dfs

Hi

can anyone tell me if DFS will accept the return of a sofa that is too big??

I had a sofa delivered this morning but it is far too big for the room!!

Im not sure if they will exchange???

There's hardly any chance, next time you buy a sofa take a tape measure with you and get proper measurements..

I'd be happy to even exhange the 3seater for another 2????

unlikely, but ask nicely, you have no rights to without cost, but at least ask them...

yeah I might go back to the store and see if they are willing to do anything??
