Problems texting one number on O2...

Apologies if this isn't the right place but I didn't know where else to put it. Recently it has been taking ages for texts to arrive from my partners phone and in the last couple of days it doesn't work at all.
I should explain further she can text any other person, and can receive my texts, but when she texts me it not doesn't come through at all. I've no idea what the cause of this could be. We're both on O2 and like I've said she can receive my texts, but when she replies I don't get them. I don't see how it can be either phone as we can send and receive texts happily apart from this.
It is pretty annoying as I am the main person she texts. Any ideas welcome!
