Word of warning for Vodafone insurance subscribers!
My daughter is at uni in Italy for 3 months and has had her phone stolen. Rang Vodafone to claim and they said claim was invalid as she had been out of the country for more than 30 days!
We had no idea this was a condition and it has left us fuming as we, in good faith, were paying a hefty monthly premium just to cover such eventualities!
