i cant access that website on that pc though?
if i try and save it to this pc and then take over via usb drive wont it just give me the same error as the malware bites program?0 -
Possibly, though if you go the rescue cd route, nothing on windows can affect its running and removing malware items etc0

For 64bit OSes, click here
Once saved, hold down the Ctrl key situated on the left of the keyboard whilst double clicking on the Hitman Pro .exe file in order to start the program. Then follow the simple instructions.
Here is a video guide:

sorry i just got to that bit now, was trying the other stuff first...
it has let me into safemode and come sup with a msg asking ig i want to do a system restore instead of going into safemode.....
i havent selected either yet.
do you think system restore would do the trick?
how far should i go back?
cheers0 -
The paranoid part of me says ignore the auto message about system restore, and find the system restore manually (e.g. through the start menu, or control panel). If you do system restore, just go back before it happened basically. If it doesn't matter to you, go back as far as you want. System restore may fix all the registry changes, and might stop the trojan loading on next Normal startup - or it might not.
I'd find the trojan with Malwarebytes first personally.
Can you access your browser? Can you run Malwarebytes, etc? Only do QUICK scans.
Can you access Regedit? Or can you run Hijackthis: http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/hijackthis/beta/HijackThis.exe (if so, please post a log)0 -

Run it again and then Malwarebytes' AntiMalware(if you can install it at that point) immediately afterwards. Select all found and then Remove. Reboot.0 -

i cant access the browser, although i havent tried in safe mode yet? i have malware program saved to my usb drive, but not sure if it will let me open it? (it didnt let me open it in normal windows)
i dont think i can run hijack this either unless u think i can open it safe mode?
i havent done anything yet, just wait to see what u think is best before i click yes or no on this screen
