Phone and BB with one provider

Is it a straight forward swap if i want to go with another provider, both are LLU?

Straight forward if you get a MAC just pass it on to new intended provider.

Why one provider for both services?

Thanks, just keeps it simple, unless I'm missing out on some cash?

Simple is just a direct debit mandate to fill in.
You can have best of both worlds if choosing separately but need to do your homework.

No it's not, LLU to LLU transfers are rarely possible, normally you have to to back to BT for 12m line rental on a free 'return to donor'. Once back on the BT network, you can place your broadband provision order with your chosen ISP.
But if you say who the providers are, perhaps better help can be given.

Wise choice. But don't forget to ask them for your loyalty discount if currently out of your minimum term-normally you can get at least £2.50 off the broadband.
