Just had a missed call on my mob from 01923237165, but when I ring it back its engadged. Does anyone know what it is? Have a feeling its a company trying to get my business as my mob contract is up for renewal soon, but can't be sure. I've tried googling the number but it turns up nothing

Why do people call back numbers they don;t recognise? are they that gullible.just in case you need to know:

Well my situation is slightly different as I'm in an IVA and have calls from my IP which is always a strange number so always like to be sure.
When I rang back and found out it was engadged I knew it would be "we would like to offer you a free phone", and I like arguing with them and saying "I'd love a free phone, here's my address"!0
