I read this the other day because my son has Autism. All those things you have listed though, could be applied to any number of people I know - my husband included.
I do not think the physciatrist is going to do what you want him to do though. He is more than likely going to want to address your anger issues and the relationship you have with your sister (stated on another thread that you hate her guts but she took you do the doctors, weird). Also, if you have got through 48 years of having Autism, why do you suddenly need 'a diagnosis'? Is it to get benefits? I think the fact you have managed for 48 years with these traits shows that you have no care needs. They will look at this. Autism is something present from a young age, it's not something that 'just happens' when you are older. I do think your chance of getting DLA is nil and I question why you are doing it. It sounds like you want to have something wrong with you so you think you will not have to work - which is a bit of an insult to people who do have autism in all honesty. I hope that one day my son gets the very best job open to him.
Some things I noted on your other posts, if something happens to your dad and he needs care, you need to be careful that buying that van is not seen as depivation of capital as you said he bought it the start of this month, else it'll have to be sold. Likewise with him giving the pair of you money.
Also, you said that your dad bought you the van to live in so why would you need the forms for Housing Benefit? You said that the ground rent had to be paid a year in advance so there would be no benefits due because it had been paid, likewise for Council Tax, there is no council tax on vans -my IL lives in one, this is why they live in one.0 -

I am sure there is someone on MSE that suffered difficulties and mental health problems for a long time and it was then found that they were as a result of the stress caused by an undiagnosed Autism Spectrum Condition.0

Im not trying to get into a slanging match here ricardo - but if someone thinks their behaviour is normal, I cant see how they could then list "symptoms". My son who is autistic, high level functioning, wouldnt be able to list symptoms because as far as he is concerned he doesnt have any. Oh and he gets no benefits at all.
HiyaI also have autistic high functioning 12yr old lad and we receive middle rate care and lower rate mobility and have done since he was 7.
As you know the autistic spectrum is very broad and there is no one size fits all. My son loves to read about autism and aspergers and can recognise the things he has difficulty with after the event but he is always in the right at the time and can't control or adjust his behaviours.
It sounds as if Ricardo may have been told which of his personality traits are abnormal and he is focusing on that. He might not have figured it out for himself. My son would tell you the same0 -
