Virgin Triple Bundle

Hi, I'm moving house this week and have cancelled my BT broadband and phone package. I was also on a rolling contract with Sky for their Sky World package.
I've contacted Virgin and they've offered me the following -
18 month contract,
Free installation,
Free weekend calls to landlines,
30mg unlimited broadband,
XL TV (165 channels plus Sky Sports and ESPN),
TIVO box,
x2 extra standard boxes,
£30 credit for my auntie for referring us,
£30 credit for us for bring referred,
£100 credit for signing up to the triple bundle.
We have to pay £49.95 for the TIVO box, £67.40 for the first six months (two of these would be free because of the £130 credit), then £88.90 for the remaining twelve months.
There's three of us sharing our house so we'll be paying just under £30 per month at the most.
Is this a good deal? Should I try to haggle to see if I can get get any more or should I just sign up? If so, what shall I ask for?
If I agree to this then it has to be done before the 28th July as the '£100 credit' offer expires then.
Hope someone can help.
Kind regards,
Luke
