    You will have to look at sites like at dialaphone site, phones4u or even (dare I say it) mobiles co uk.

    Most of the deals now come with internet data - whether you want it or not.

    If you are comfortable with cashback deals you could get cheap deals for less than a tenner a month.
    If not comfortable then maybe auto cashback deals - but cost more.

    HTC Wildfire S - you can get for £15 a month say with 500 minutes.

    But with quidco - you can reduce that a bit too.
