Is Orange a good internet provider?

I use Orange for my mobile which entitles me to £7.50 a month broadband (on top of a £11.50 line rental). Their installation fee is £60 as opposed to £130 with BT.

Has anyone heard of any reasons not to get Orange, like bad customer service or hidden charges?

Just moved into a new flat so ant advice would be much appreciated.

Adam

  • Thanks! Didn't expect Orange to be so lowly ranked. Won't be going for them!
