Telewest broad band problems in Birmingham.....

I wondered if any-one here had Telewest problems in the Birmingham area.My daughter has had no broadband today and cannot get through to their help line. Any advice gratfully received. Thanks.

I can see no problems listed for 26th Dec 2006 for any area of Birmingham on the Blueyonder Support and announcements newsgroups.
There were problems today for around 30 mins in the B26 and B33 area.
Birmingham is a large area, so it's not uncommon for just one or two post code areas to go down for a while, extremely rare for the whole area.

It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
