Tariff Cap

I've had a little search and can't find another thread on this topic.
I'm with 3 at the moment, I love them, they're great. They give me 100 minutes, unlimited texts and a gig of data for a tenner a month. They cap the bill for me so I can never get any nasty shocks like I used to with Voda, Orange, T-Mobile and O2. However the signal issues are well publicised.
What I need to know is: Do Vodafone, Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Virgin or anyone else offer a bill capping option? Now as I've lived with it, I never want to be without it. But I would like a better signal while I'm out and about.
For my future, it's either pre-pay or a cap.

.
You can't have tried very hard then!
It is not something that the other networks offer, but double check on T-Mobile in case I am wrong with them.0 -
I used the search box with every key word I could think of! I've been here for hours! Thanks though.0

giffgaff PAYG would give you a better deal than you are currently on with no contract and de facto bill capping because you can't spend more than the credit in your phone (which you can have at zero if you like).0

Tesco do but on a Sim only deal.
You should note that although Three let you set a zero balance they specifically state in the T&C that this should not be used for budgetting and if you do exceed it then youare still liable for the bill.0 -

Interesting.
But how can you possibly exceed it if they've set a zero balance? What's the point of offering capping if it's not for budgeting reasons?0 -

Yeah, I think they are the best around at the moment. I've already ordered a couple of new SIMs for me and the lady wife. Gonna cancel my rolling contract with 3 soon.
The only draw back is that even though the 3 tariff is only 1gb of data, it allows tethering and personal hot spots. GiffGaff don't allow it.0
