International Numbers Phoning

I have a Panasonic phone with call barring facility but it won't bar international calls - it needs a phone number to bar. Unwanted callers just get a number unavailable tone (it works brilliantly)

The last suggestion regarding Call Barring phones is of no help when plenty of my legitimate callers show Unavailable or International (due to using cheap call routing services in this case even though they are in the UK).

Similar services to those available on call barring phones are also available at exchange level as "Choose To Refuse" and "Anonymous Caller Rejection" etc but again this is no use at all with calls from Unavailable and/or Unavailable/International. Even blocking Number Withheld calls is no help as some legitimate callers have their number set to Withheld for all their outgoing calls or in some cases their phone company has even set it to Withheld without their permission when the line moved to that phone supplier (this is the case with my sister's phone line).

Having the equipment to act on the number information is no help when much of the CLI information currently supplied in the UK is itself inaccurate or not supplied at all.
