I've sold a few old ones to the Post Office Simply Drop, been quite easy to do. They always seemed to pay more than the others such as Mazuma.0

Don't go to Envirophone. They royally shafted me a few years ago. I sent a handset into them after they offered a certain amount via their website. The handset was immaculate and even had the crystal case on it. Once they had recieved it they said that there was a fault with it and offered me £15 less than we had agreed. Unfortunately by that time after all the messing about that would have ensued by them returning the phone to me (and I sure they would have returned it to me in a damaged state even though it went to them A1) I reluctantly accepted their offer. So in a word. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.0

I sold a broken phone to mazuma the other month, I told them it was working mind. It this dishonest? I don't know. They tested it so it must have been fine by their standards.
I sell loads of stuff. Ebay is risky, sometimes you lose. Most of the time I sell things like phones on Amazon because you know exactly what you're going to get and what the charges are. Ebay will guarantee a sale for you in seven days though. Which is nice. Play.com is extortion. Don't bother with them.0 -
I've always used the phone recycle places as they're hassle free.
Most recently, I used http://www.phonerecyclebank.com/ who were excellent.0 -
I sent 4 phones off to envirophone who offered good rates with 3 being in mint condition and 1 having a scratch, which they contacted me about by email and phone several times before I accepted the offered price.
I thought they were extremely good and I would defiantly use them again!
A happy customer
