Thomson Fly Flights Alicante to Newcastle

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help me. I purchased some flights for me and my family this summer to return from Alicante to Newcastle. Unfortunately we have to return earlier and have tried to book new flights with Thomson fly who state we will lose 50% of what we originally paid and will have to pay another £700 ontop of the £511.39 we have already paid!!! I am really annoyed about this but have tried to get through to managers to complain with no avail. The cheapest option now is to sell the flights on as the name change is £25.00 per person. So I am wondering if there is anyone out there who is looking for one way flights from alicante to newcastle. Im looking for £499.99 for all 4 tickets and I will pay for the name change myself.
Please contact me for further details. These flights are also for sale on ebay, seller mrsteveoh Item Number: 290586383306. I am open to offers :money: Thanks for your time x

unless you are ATOL registered your ebay listing will be removed by ebay
The sale of tickets for air travel is highly regulated in the United Kingdom by the Civil Aviation Authority. Only those with an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) accordingly may sell plane tickets or package holidays that include air travel.
In Ireland, the sale of tickets for air travel is similarly regulated by the Commission for Aviation Regulation
There are two limited exceptions to this rule:
1. Airline ticketing agents (ticket providers). These are businesses that immediately issue a valid scheduled airline ticket in exchange for any payment. This exception will normally apply only to International Air Transport Association (I.A.T.A) licensed travel agents selling published fares.
2. Agents authorised to act on behalf of ATOL holders, provided that they state their agency capacity and furnish buyers specified documents under law showing that they have accepted money on behalf of a particular ATOL holder.
If you do not have an ATOL licence or do not fall into one of the above exceptions, you should not list airplane tickets or package holidays that include air travel.

It is when you look at the price of all other airlines to get back! Also I have to find flights myself for a few days earlier and I have the £100 to pay to change the names! Just thought it was worth a try, that's all! Cheers0
