How do you change your user name?

Hi,

i need to change my user name as one of the letters represents the name of my ex partner and I want to remove it. Can anyone help? I've done a search but can't find anything.

I have asked two of the MSE team and been ignored twice, not even given a reply, so i don't think that works

Its the abuse email you need to use not an individual team member.

i didnt say a memeber, i assumed there was a universal admin e-mail like there is for abuse.

i read on a previous thread that they would only do it for a good reason as it would tke up to much time or something.

Yes, sorry astonsmummy it was Laura who said she had emailed two different team members.

You could just re register with a totally new name, all it means is you will be a newbie with zilch posts and zilch thanks
