home delivery network (parcel2go)/eBay item missing what can I do?

Another dissatisfied customer of Home Delivery Network here.
Not once, but twice I have had a parcel hurled over the hedge into my front garden when they have tried to deliver after 7pm and my dogs are in the drive with the gates locked. On a third occasion they simply left in on the outside of the gate where it was pure luck that I saw it and not a passer-by with light fingers!
One of the items thrown over was a digital radio which, of course, was smashed. The second time it was hammering with rain and the parcel was soaked when we found it two days later, under a bush.
They are rubbish - don't know if they pay peanuts, but they certainly seem to employ monkeys!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
