Locked Orange email account

Sorry if this isn't quite the right forum but I wasn't sure where to post it.

Orange have locked my email account as they say i've gone over my limit a few times and am now classed as a 'spam originator'. In truth they have only told me this time it happened that the reason they locked it was I went over there 20 emails a day limit. they have told me it has been permanently locked and that's that.

I've politely asked them to reconsider as the limit seems very harsh and they wouldn't tell me until they'd done it why they had locked it in the first place - it's really not easy to find the T&Cs on their website so I was unaware of the usage limit.

Their Abuse Management Team at [EMAIL="locked.accounts@uk.wanadoo.com"]locked.accounts@uk.wanadoo.com[/EMAIL] are the ones refusing to reconsider. I then emailed [EMAIL="customer.services@orange.co.uk"]customer.services@orange.co.uk[/EMAIL] and [EMAIL="executive.office@orange.co.uk"]executive.office@orange.co.uk[/EMAIL] and Customer Services emailed me back saying it had been unlocked and reiterating the T&Cs and asking me to be careful in future. Great! Or maybe not...despite them telling me the account had been unlocked it actually hadn't :( I have now emailed them both another 5 times since, politely but firmly, and each time my email has been read but ignored, even by the Executive Office.

I just tried to call Orange customer services but they told me their systems were down so they couldn't help. They even said they were unable to refund me the 25p it cost me to call them!

My main problem is this is my main email address and I have loads of emails, documents etc. which I need to access, it's really causing me a lot of problems.

I hope someone can help as i'm at my wits end :(
