T-mobile renewal - early termination charges??
My wife just renewed her phone contract with t-mobile last month, a month before the end of her contract. I was surprised to find that they put her onto her new tariff immediately, rather tahn letting the old one run out, but all seemed well until we got her new bill...
They have charged her an early termination fee for the old contract!!! So effectively they have charged her twice for the same period. They certainly did not mention any of this during the phone call, and to top it off they have charged her for delivery for the phone, again which they made no mention of.
Is this normal?? I've never come across it before.

best thing todo is call them, it will be an automated errorDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

i got a early termination charge for requesting my PAC code in the last month of my contract. They were charging me the full 18th month and a termination charge, took two calls to the call centre but got the termination charge taken off.0

Its an automatic thing their billing system sometimes does they dont put it on manually
Its happened to me before and they have always waved it after a polite phone call.
Dont be rude when phoning if youre polite theyll be happier to help

I wasnt charged double fees but they also snuck on postage charges, a quick call had it sorted but they claimed I would have been informed of them !Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais
