Loyalty minutes with orange

Hey people,

Just got a question. Recently got my upgrade and got the confirmation notice through which says I have 300 texts and 1000 loyalty texts, and 200 minutes with 200 extra loyalty minutes. My question is do these loyalty extra reset each month or does it mean ive got 1000 extra texts to use over the course of my 24 month contract?

They reset each month.

So say if I use 301 texts one month, the next month i should go back to having 1000 loyalty texts, not 999?

But remember, the extra loyalty mins/texts will come off the account at the end of the new contract period, so if you don't renew, you'll go back to your basic allowances.
