unorganized, welcome back and well done on completing everything yesterday!

wendywitch, glad you had a nice birthday & huzzah for new flip flops!

Frittered, yeah those ones! They're called Noka or something... They're ace, but you can tell they're full on monosodium glutamate cause you don't even notice you're piling one forkfull in after another until you look down and they're gone. Proper yum! Which basics weetabix do you mean? I've tried the tesco ones and they weren't that good.

seafarers_wife, sending you (((hugs))) hun. I was on light duties for the last part of my pregnancy. I went to Centre Parcs when i was 35 weeks and i hired a mobility scooter. Best invention ever! My dad has one already and we both just bezzed about the place on them. Everyone else had bikes.

sharonr, welcome back. One of my friends is doing a degree and she has two small children (18 months & 3 years). She also works part time. She is a superhero! She says it's hard, but knows it will be worth it in the end. I know my DD is only 2 and a half, but i get her to help me pair socks and put things away in the kitchen drawers. She will also tidy up toys and is happy to tidy up one toy / box of things before getting the next thing out.

Tag, thanks for that scraper tip. I'll have to remember that one! Our oven is not even a year old and it's manky!

froddington, congratulations on your ofsted report. My friend is a teacher and ofted coming makes her giddy with excitement - NOT! lol!

piggers, did you get some sweets? I had a packet of gummy thingies last night, which were meant to be DDs potty reward sweets. :: sigh :: Huzzah for plasterboard! It's not sad to be excited. Our bedroom ceiling is the last one that needs toing to completely eliminate the nasty orange pine cladding/woodchip we had and i will probably wet myself with glee when it's finished!!

    juliejim, good luck!!!
    Sarah. :p

    Morning Al

I am in this week even managed to do most of yesterdays list. Hopefully I can get further than the first day of the fly lady week.

Did some of the bathroom yesterday too so looking good. Luckily it is not the bedroom as moved some stuff form the loft yesterday ( I was very brave as really dislike ladders) and it is now sitting in my bedroom. Just need to figure out what to do with a cut down loft bed!

    Good Luck Julie

Morning everyone. Had to get up before 5.30am this morning as my darling dog Jet decided he wanted to play. To say I was not best pleased was an understatement..lol. Why DH couldn’t have kept the dog downstairs with him I don’t know, oh well I am up and about now. All showered and dressed too, and waved DH off to work. Am now tackling the ironing pile – ugh!!

Didn’t get to do any flying yesterday when I got back from my friends place, another friend rang me up and needed to be picked up from her school as she wasn’t doing too good. So I picked her up and then when I got home I just flopped on the sofa and didn’t do anything else..lol

Anyway am aiming to do a fair bit today, although this afternoon DH has a governors meeting so he will be home after lunch and under my feet probably. Why do they do that? Don’t get me wrong I enjoy him being around but for some reason not when I am used to the days to myself..lol

Oooh someone is mowing their lawn out the back, bit early. Does that mean I can put the hoover round this early..lol

    Happy Birthday to Piggers OH

Hugs and love to everyone, especially Toots, LLand LW
