As I said, have more reading.

    Is this not a proof?

    mobiles.co.uk cashback

Recorded mail is your last resort if you don't receive confirmations by e-mails.

Cheers. I think I will go with mobiles.co.uk, and just be very careful and do everything according to their t&c's and hopefully everything will work out smoothly

I am looking for the t&c's before placing my order tonight.

Is the t&c's just here or is there a pdf somewhere?

Also, when I place my order, will I receive a confirmation email of my order including details of my "11 months free" as proof in case I have any problems?

Nice to see that things are going smoothly for many. I am planning on taking the plunge tonight with my first every cashback mobile contract.

I have a couple of questions and would appreciate answers :)

I have been using the mobiles.co.uk site for cashback over the last 2-3 years. All ok send normal 1st class post and always got my claim. Depend on my outlook for reminders

Thats potential suicide with this bunch if it goes pearshaped .....normal post gives you no proof of sending ...which you are going to need if you have to take them to court ;)

Actually, Silk, you need proof of receipt - sending is irrelevant. If claims are submitted as soon as the bills arrive there is, in fact, ample time to do something about it if they don't quickly acknoweldge first receipt and then acceptance of the claim. Of course, there are cases where people assumed things were ok and by the time they realised they weren't it was too late - but that is down to people who are living dangerously with a cashback deal in the first place. We both know that all cpw companies shouldn't be trusted - their history shows periods of serenity and periods of complete disregard for t&c and customers. Whatever one variation may be doing at any given time they can change in an instant.
