Mobiles.co.uk redemption-1st timer

I am looking to get the wildfire S.
I have found it cheap here where it says £9.93/month on t-mobile, 18month contract, 300 mins, unlimited texts and internet.

I have never used these online sites so am looking for advice. Is the £9.93 the price after redemption, yes? (just making sure )

If I do everything properly and send in my bills are the correct times, etc, can I expect to have no problems?

Yeah it's on the redemption section of the website, be warned, some do have trouble.

If you are taking out the contract as above (18 months), you just need to post or email them your bills for each month required (single bill).

For a July 2011 contract send in bills:

1st claim - bill dated Jan 2012
2nd claim - bill dates April 2012
3rd claim - bill dated July 2012
4th claim - bill dated Oct 2012
5th claim - bill dated Jan 2013

You have 60 days from the bill date to get it to them, but obviously send ASAP.

Thanks for the help and links everyone!

Has anyone who has done everything properly i.e. sent in their bills at the correct times by recorded delivery had any problems claiming cashback?

Also, will I receive a confirmation email of my order including "11 months free" as proof in case I have any problems?

Search the board for 'mobiles.co.uk'.
Normally you don't send by snail mail and can do this online. Only if you have problems with online submission you send by a recorded mail.

But with recorded mail, I have "proof". I have been reading on the threads and have read that sending by recorded post is best
