3 UK Contact Phone No

As far as I am aware they are only in India. You wont find a UK calling center as there isn't one. I was with them for over 5 years and constantly calling to complain about things (everything that could go wrong, did go wrong including them scamming me but thats another thread..) I had called at all hours of the day, different days of the week, different reasons and always was put through to someone with a heavy Indian accent (yet a strangly English sounding name!).0

That is the one reason I left 3, the people at the call centre are useless.... And I'm married into an indian family so it isn't a racist thing, simply a pure lack of training on 3's part....0

Thanks Jennie. When we called on Thursday they said that the problem would be sorted by Sunday. Well I won't hold my breath. My family has 3 separate contracts with them, 2 of which are up for renewal and if they don't sort this out then may consider going somewhere else. I do find it funny that they instruct their people in India to adopt British sounding names. Do 3 think that we are that dumb? All I crave is someone who can sort out a problem as quickly and painlessly as possible. Is that too much to ask?0

Whats the problem? If you bought the phone from a 3store have you considered going back to the store?
Most overseas call centres assign names to call handlers for ID purposes so callers have a reference point also they are usually unique to that call handler0 -
There is a reason 3 is a cheaper network... Having off shore call centres is just one in a list of things you get taking the best price so it's unlikely you'll speak to someone in the UK. If you'd prefer UK call centres then another operator is recommended. Personally I find you get bad advisors in both off shore and UK call centres. Doesn't matter where the centre is based there are always people enthusiastic about their work.0

You could try 08707 330 295
Found at http://www.lsdigitalmedia.co.uk/fed-up-with-3-mobile-call-their-executive-office/
Article from 2009 so may be out of date.
Further down in the comments there is a post with a new number 0843 373 3330 this also appears on three's website along with 337 http://www.three.co.uk/Help_Support/Coverage/The_3_network/Feedback
Might be able to get through to Glasgow for free on your three phone with the 337 number.0 -
AFAIK the only call centre in the UK for 3 is in Glasgow and deals with Sales/Retention calls0
