Tesco deal - samsung wave

Tesco have deal at moment, free Samsung Wave 2 with 750mins, 5000 texts and 1gb data for £20 month. Can anyone tell me if this is good deal and is phone any good?

For the minuts/texts/data yes maybe - the phone no.

Better deals - most likely.
Samsung Galaxy Ace maybe - seen some cheap deals for that one with 600 mins/500 texts and internet (though cashback deal - not to everyone's taste).

Galaxy S II if you can stretch the budget.
