Milk and more are utterly s**t! I've tried the service twice over the past year and on both occassions nothing ever turned up but I still got billed! On the one occassion something did arrive the milkman drove over my lawn leaving big track marks! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!:mad:

My wife insisted on using them for the convenience of having milk and other products delivered (at extortionate prices).

We'd tried the milkman a few years ago, but he delivered mid morning so the milk went warm in the sun; it's still the same guy...

Finally she's seen right and cancelled it, but he still delivered butter and cheese for the following week; at least he has stopped now.

The M&M website said something about milk being delivered by 7 or 8am; liars!

I've been with them since the beginning, as I've always had a milkman. Never any problems. My milk is usually here by 6.30 am. All businesses have some glitches

Mine's terrific too, been with them over two years and like clockwork - milk on doorstep by 6am and handy direct debit payment.

It's more than a glitch when your milk always comes mid morning when promised much earlier.

Sales staff came around drumming up business for the local milkman, so thought why not 2 weeks free milk to start. Ha Ha now trying to set account phone all dead ends and after reading the forums have decided to catch the milkman pay cas get recipt and cancel.What a shame had the co-op for years no probs this company has lost my custom.

I have spoken with the ceo and head of customer service and they are as useless as the muppets whom work in the phillipeenes!!


I have been a customer 1 month..

Have had 6 non deliverys
4 over charges
and money taken from my account without my authorisation


call the 0845 telephone number for 3 minutes to complain and that one phone call will cost you more money than 4 pints of milk


trust me... Please people ***** do not bother *****
