Hey guys .. so my contract is up next week and im after some sound advice if anyone can give please.

im with T-mobile
been with them for 4 years
never missed a bill and paid a £300+ bill straight away when i was abroad and messed up big time ! which makes me a valued customer im told.. :-)

current contract..

Flext 35 + web'n'walk (18 months)

Monthly Cost = £34.04

Your plan includes:
web surfing and e-mails
Unlimited* internet browsing and email on the move.

£200
Your credit can be used up on UK calls, texts and picture messages.
18 months ago i choose to not take the £10 discount and i tried to get the Nokia N97 for free ..i failed to get it free but i paid £200 for the phone and contract pretty much stayed the same .not the best deal i know this is why im hoping you lot can help..

in my current services tab when i login to my account online i see £10 loyalty and £5 loyalty unticked .. which leads me to believe next month they will offer me £15 total discount on my next 18 months service or a free upgrade of a phone i possible dont want .

what do you all think ?

Thanks !

I find t-mobile retention offers a bit confusing. Have you tried asking what they would offer you and do you know what you want? It might suit you? Pick a phone that is free at that tariff level and you should get it for 20 pounds a month.

Ask for PAC code and wait for a couple of days to see what they offer. When asking for PAC, tell them that you have seen a good deal (find one first, say through Tesco or someone else). Even sim-free.

Appear reluctant to want to move after all this time, but yuo need to get the best deal.

Find the best deal on the phone you want, then tell them to beat by a decent amount or you'll be leaving. Easy.
