Best/most trustworthy moblie firms for cashback claims.

Hi all, I have for the last 8 years bought a contract phone using e2save with their cashback method. Apart from 2 cashback payments where I forgot to sent my details/bill in time (so 100% my fault) all has went well and I got all I was entitled to.
But this time time I want to look at a few other mobile sites and use their cashback option (note I'm not talking here about cashback sites like quidco etc) but am a bit worried as a few years ago when I looked at this there was lots of talk about sharp practices and making the instructions on things like "what months bill your need to send" very unclear and it looks as if they where trying to get you to slip up so you would lose your claim. Has that changed?
Anyhow apart from e2save what other firms should I look at where I can be reasonably (no guarantees I realise that) sure of a fair transparent cashback pay monthly deal?
Thanks in advanced..........

I've got cashback deals with E2save and Dial A Phone , I find E2save is more straightforward as you just send the bill ( July for example ) in as soon as you get it while DAP you have to send in July's bill but cannot do this until August. To redeem your cash back we must receive the relevant bill (see earliest bill date) within the claim period (see start date and expiry date).
For example:
Earliest Bill Date:25th AugustStart Date:25th SeptemberExpiry Date:25th October
In this example, the bill to send in would be the bill dated on or after the 25th August (refer to the bill date on the bill not the billing period). This should be sent to us no sooner than the 25th September and should be received not later than the 25th October.0 -
yes Wayne, this is the sort of tricky language I'm uncomfortable with. Sure if you are careful you can understand it but why why why would you not make this process as easy as you can for your customers and as idiot proof unless you want to be able to reject claims. When the special offers are being pushed everything is as clear as a bell to make you part with your cash.............ah well this is the world we live in.“Having, first, gained all you can, and, secondly saved all you can, then give all you can"....John Wesley

These cashback things are designed to statistically make you fail in your claim. If it was legitimate, it would be automatic.
I've done it with e2save and had no problem, but then I recommended them to my mum and sister, who both got caught out during a Royal Mail strike. Their claims were late, e2save rejected them and told them that since they missed that one, ALL of the rest of the claims were cancelled. They lost a lot of money considering the shocking phones they bought.
That said, of all of the rip off firms, CPW group companies are the lesser of the evils.
Once I bought a phone from a random online company. As I was about to claim my first cashback I got an email saying they'd gone into administration and were not 'able' to honour their deals. It was clearly a scam where they just change the companies name occasionally. Personally I think Vodafone and other big phone companies are responsible for it.0 -

Not too sure when your experiences were with e2save dangerman7uk, but no longer the case.
Miss one claim and you just miss that one now, carry on claiming.
60 day window to claim now, so missing out would really be the customers error.
They even tell you when to claim now, couldn't be easier.

Hi grace2much, my choice would be :-
mobiles.co.uk
www.e2save.co.uk
www.mobilephonesdirect
www.buymobilephones.net
Also remember that as well as getting cashback from the retailer you can use quidco/topcashback as well to get an extra cashback.
They have all been 100% reliable for me.
Mobilephonesdirect run the Nokia retail stores for them.0
