Post Office currency exchange

Today I exchanged £900 at the local PO for dollars @1.5000. For that I received $1350.
I'd been in earlier, 19 minutes earlier to be precise, and got a quote for $1500 for £967.12 @ 1.5510. I have the receipts.
I hadn't noticed the discrepancy until I looked at the PO web site after close of business. The rate had not changed from 1.5510. The site offered $1400 for £902.64
I feel short changed and annoyed. It may have been a simple error. I can accept that. I will certainly go back on the morrow to point this omission.
Can I vent my spleen further if I'm not satisfied:question:

The Post Office website usually displays the rate for buying on line, buying over the counter, the rates are displayed in the window, they are never the same. Rates usually change once a day, it may be the rate changed whilst you went to get more cash out of your account.0
