    Monday – corned beef crisp bake with potato wedges and salad

    Tuesday – meatballs with pasta in tomato and chilli sauce

    Wednesday – steamed salmon with new potatoes and broccoli with garlic and chilli breadcrumbs

    Thursday – chicken stirfry with noodles

    Friday – beef paprikash with rice

    Saturday – chicken fajitas

    Sunday – springs rolls with egg fried rice

    Awful late posting this week, but have had so many visitors haven't had time to catch up on " normal" stuuf.

    Monday-Veggie chilli and rice with H/m guacamole, salad and cheese
    L/O H/M Blackberry Crumble Cheesecake
    Tuesday- Green Frittata with Feta & watercress salad & new potatoes
    L/O H/M Blackberry Crumble Cheesecake
    Weds- SC French Onion Soup with cheese on toast
    H/m Morrocan Houmous and crudites
    Thursday- Middle Eastern Chickpea & Aubergine Salad
    Lemon Surprise Pudding or Peaches and plain yoghurt
    Friday - Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese with Baked Potatoes
    L/O Lemon surprise pudding
    Saterday- S/C Carrot and Coriander soup for lunch
    I'm out for dinner so I will leave out something defrosted from the freezer or they can have Burgers from freezer with chip shop Chips!!
    Sunday- Maple Roast Chicken with Roast Veg and New Potatoes
    Not planned a pud yet, will see what I can create with what I have in!!
    Monday- Cheesy Bean burgers with H/m Slaw & corn on cob
    Tuesday- Cauliflower & lentil Pilau
    Weds-S/C Spaghetti Bolagnese
    Thursday- Paella
    Friday- Tuna Wedges
    Saterday-Mushroom Risotto
    Sunday- S/C Potato onion & Garlic Gratin with Sticky Mango Chilli Sausages
    Chocolate self saucing pudding

    2 weeks planned with help from DD as what she was fancying so she can't complain!! I have got everything in cupboards now for the meals till next monday when i will do a shop for next week!!

    Lunches will be leftovers, cup a soups, h/m soups etc
    Breakfasts will be cereal or toast.

  • Here's mine for the week....and i do need to stick to them for the next few weeks as I have my first teaching job in September but my last training payment came in June...so three months with no monet = very MSE attitude to eating what we intend!

    Friday: Hm turkey burgers and chips (+ my younger bro)
    Saturday: Friends BBQ
    Sun: HM ham, pineapple and mushroom pizza
    Mon: BBQ lamb, hummous, pitta and salad
    Tues: Prawn and feta cheese
    Wednesday: Chicken parmigiana
    Thursday: Leftover chicken, mustard and honey pasta bake

    Ha ha...I didn't realise how that read until now lol!:eek: I am sure he wouldn't taste as nice as my turkey burgers lol.....I meant he had tea with me and OH cos we took him to transformers. :money:
