Monday - Lentil lasagne for 3 or 4
Tuesday - Chinese style ribs, stir fry & egg fried rice for 8
Wednesday - Freezer forage for 3
Thursday - Freezer forage again for 3
Friday - Chicken tikka, Rogan Josh and all the trimmings
    Saturday - Chilli con carne
Sunday - Roast beef & Yorkshire pud with hopefully the first runner beans:)

This is so interesting. Wel this will be my first posting on meal planning so here goes.

Sunday - today - roast pork, roast potatoes, broccoli, stuffing and onion rings.

Monday - left over pork did consider making a sweet and sour with it, but we have some lovely Cornish new potatoes left over so I will slice the meat do the potatoes and put some green beans with it.

Tuesday - Spaghetti and meatballs in a tomato and chilli sauce

Wednesday - it's my birthday treat so being taken out for a meal.

Thursday - cheese and potato pie, with whole plum tomatoes and grilled bacon.

Friday - we always have fish on a Friday so I might do new potatoes and peas instead of chips and mushy peas this time round.

Saturday - haven't got that far. I shall see what is on offer when I do the food shop on Wednesday/Thursday!
