Of course you can access your meter, just lift the cover in the street, same way that the meter reader does.
The first thing that you need to do is cross-check the serial numbers and the readings against your bill.
Is your bill an actual or an estimate?
Comparing to someone in a house is pointless, you don't say if they are on metered or RV billng. If the latter, and the property has a low RV, then yes their bill may well be much lower, the size of the property is not relevant to the RV.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
