Jane Norman Gift Vouchers

Hi
I have just been into a Jane Norman shop to spend £30 of gift vouchers. I know they have gone into administration, they are excepting gift vouchers but I have to spend £60 to redeem my £30!!!
They are the ones that already have my £30, why should I have to spend another £30???
Any ideas?

Hi
I have had exactly the same experience on visiting my local Jane Norman store. I have £50 of vouchers. I bought some items before they went into administration and returned them the day they reopened. I was given vouchers as they wouldn't give me a cash refund (I'm not even sure if they are allowed to do that) and didn't mention any restrictions at the time and I don't see why I should have to spend another £50 in order to redeem what is essentially my money. To make matters worse I've been told they have to be used by the end of this month. And I can't even buy a load of cheap summer items as they are only redeemable against full price.
I too am not sure where I stand, any advice would be gratefully received.0 -
