Phone and Broadband

Hello,
I have a quick question if someone can answer...
I've just moved flats and today is the day that my phone and broadband are supposed to be activated on the new flat.
My phone is up and running but the broadband does not want to connect.... is it normall for the the services to come up at seperate times or are they normally together? Just not sure if I need to have a play with the setting on my router or if its just not connected yet.

Broadband cannot be done until the phone line is connected at the exchange, usually they will say it can be anytime during the 24hours.

If your router has been setup with your user and passwird, then just wait, if it is not setup from the supplier and you have not entered the appropriate information, then you need to read the instructions that would have come with it, and enter the required information given to you from your ISP..

thanks... yeah the router is all set up from the last flat... just wasnt sure if they normally both come on together... if they do then i have a problem.
