Any way to be warned if approaching call limits?

I have mobile contracts for all 5 members of my family, all registered under my name and all managed by me.
3 Orange, 2 Vodafone.
Plus a Vodafone MiFi.

(All purchased on cashback deals which I manage religiously, so are typically costing about £1 per month each :-) )

They have a variety of call limits, txt limits and data limits.
For over 6 months this has been fine with no issues.

'This' month I see a lot of call charges on one phone bill that surprised me. I discover that my wife has exceeded her monthly call limit and has been charged for additional call :-(

Am wondering if there is any way that I could be sent an E-mail or txt when one of the limits is approached. eg. one phone has 500 free minutes per month - could I be advised if, say, 470 minutes have been used?

The alternative is for me to keep checking each account through the month, which would be a pain in the neck.

Likewise, I have a 2Gb limit on data usage, so would like to know when I am approaching this limit so that I don't incur silly costs for exceeding it.

Any suggestions?

Cheers,
Don

I think no providers send warnings. Some do cap usage, but AFAIK, it's neither Orange nor 3.

Is your wife incapable of keeping an eye on her account?

Also, I think all mobiles have call counters that just need to be reset at the start of each billing month.
The same with data. I guess you have some advanced phone if you consume 2Gb. Just get some app that counts data and gives you a warning.

If its a smartphone there are apps you can install that'll keep track of usage and prompt if you're getting close to the limit you set.

I have nine contracts and NEVER exceed any of the bundle limits. I reset all the data counters on each phone at the start of each bundle date and can check in seconds how much I've used that month on each phone.

    Simples!
