Update. Got an 'online divorce' witha fab company called the law practice and cost £250 & court costs. All done in 6 months that includes up to the absolute. Brilliant. About £650 in all inc court costs. Everything is stamped now !!

The divorce is the easy bit. Sorting out who has what, maintenance, access, that's what is complex. Hopefully you are in agreement on that, but make sure you get it all down on paper and legally signed off, or it could come back to bite you later...0
