EDF Call Centre

Today i have wasted 1hr 20mins this morning and 50mins this evening trying to get through to these jokers. I've never had to deal with such a poor service in my adult life, they truelly take it to a new level.

I'm trying to give them money, by increasing my direct debit payments, i had waited that long for an answer the call centre had shut. I suppose their too busy counting up the profits. Well guess what, i dont expect to be kept on hold wasting my night for hours on end!



I'm raging at the moment!! :mad::mad::mad:

    I don't have any suggestions - I too am trying to get hold of them. They had / have the best fixed deal for electricity which means they are very busy. They should have anticipated this and employed more staff.

    NS&I is the same since they opened their new savings account. Why did they not give out a different phone number so their existing customers could still get through?? I am closing my account with them since I am fed up.

    given the number of calls coming through to me I get the impression they are having problems with the phones as everyone is saying they have tried all numbers for hours without joy. check their website and see if anything on there about it or see if you can pay on line
