But the people behind this debacle will ultimately be moved sideways & keep their jobs &,more importantly, their pensions.Anyone who is 'sacked'(cough) or resigns (cough cough) will get a substantial golden handshake/severance package.
Seriously tho..what will I line my cat's litter tray with now...Sunday Mirror...Mmmmm...decisions decisions....
Daily Mail is full of carp, sounds a good replacement0 -
Um, no offence but what other reason do you think they have for shutting it down?
They are trying to jettison a toxic asset in the hope that it will not affect the rest of News Corporation's activities in the UK.
Surely you cannot be so naive as to think they did it because it was 'the right thing'?There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
All they will do is replace it with the Sun on Sunday. It will be almost the same paper.
Why don't we all boycot all News International products. Lets all join the queue to cancel Sky Television (Which I only have because my girlfriend watching all the girly crap they show on living).
Jerseylicious, has anyone ever watched it. It has got to be the worst program on tv ever.Iva started Dec 2018.0 -

You could get her vigin cable if you get it in your area, still get the living channels, but aren't paying sky (well not as much goes to sky although am sure they make some of advertising and a charge for virgin to carry the channels since they bought them out).

As a society, we generally get the newspapers we deserve.
I don't buy any newspapers for that exact reason.0
