T-Mobile Prepay credit lost
Hello,
I need some advice please...
I bought a T-Mobile sim card with £10 credit pre-loaded around Christmas 2010. I've lost all £10 credit because I have not made a connection action in 180 days. I've phoned T-Mobile, explained to them and they won't give my credit back.
How can i get my money back cause i had not know that "any credit on my account at the time of such disconnection would be forfeited"
i'm not going to give up. should i write to them and explain things again or what...?

Explain what? I think they perfectly understand everything.

I guess the same information can be found in any 'quick start guide' coming with any sim card.You must make a connection action at least once every 180 days. If you do not your SIM will be disconnected from the network and you will not be able to use the service at all. You will lose your mobile phone number. Any credit on your account at the time of such disconnection will be forfeited.
‘Connection action’ – an action that must be taken at least once every 180 days to maintain connection. Connection actions include topping up your account and making a chargeable call. A full list of connection actions is set out in our booklet of charges;
Having said that, some other networks are known to warn your before disconnecting. However if you don't use the sim you are likely to have missed the text/call.0 -
There's nothing you can do, they haven't done anything wrong.
You admit that you didn't read the T&C's, so you've nowhere to go with a complaint. They're unlikely to teat you any differently to anyone else. . .0
